Dassler Brothers Shoe Factory (Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik)
Founded July 1924 (as Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik)

Founder Adolf Dassler
Headquarters Herzogenaurach, Germany

No work is said to be small or big. Work is just work, if done with passion and hard work, then man can not do anything.

Adidas started with a small laundry and was founded by Adolf Dessler and Rudolf Dessler of Germany. Whose nick names were Eddy and Rudy.

  • that designs and manufactures shoes, clothing and accessories. It is the largest sportswear manufacturer in Europe, and the second largest in the world, after Nike
  • The original trefoil Adidas logo until 1998, it is now used on Adidas Originals.
  • In 1952, following the 1952 Summer Olympics, Adidas acquired its signature 3-stripe logo from the Finnish athletic footwear brand Karhu Sports,

His father used to sneak shoes at a small shoe factory in Germany, And her mother used to wear laundry in a small room for a little extra money. After completing his initial studies, he and Rudy started working in the factory along with their father, and after a few days the world war started, in which all the young people had to attend. And that's why both Eddy and Rudy were called. After a few years of World War ended, both came back home safely. Both brothers were very interested in the game and they were both excellent players.

But whenever they wear shoes stitched by their father, those shoes do not fit them completely. They think how can anybody wear such shoes? And that is why they started making sweets for themselves and their friends, and when they saw that the shoes made by them are very popular, they started full-time business of making shoes in their mother's laundry.

Slowly the shoes made by him began reaching to the people, and in 1924, the two together formed a company called Dassler Brothers. But here too they suffered a lot of problems, because in those days more electricity was not available and that was why they had to use bicycle pedals.

And this happened with both brothers and also gradually their business went up. But the real success of this business came 12 years later at the Summer Olympics in 1936, when even by tax, Adolph Dessler convinced the then-time Star Espirant "Owens" to wear his shoe. Owens also won a total of four gold medals in that Olympic, since then the shoes of Dassler Brothers went public among the world's players. And until 1948, his company started selling 2 lakh shoes every year.

But in the meantime both the brothers also differed with political reasons, and then they decided to separate. After which, Adolf made his new company, and named him Adidas with his nickname and Sir name, and on the other hand Brother Rudolph also opened a company named Ruda, whose name he changed to Puma shortly after.

Then both of them knew the way of running the business, both of them went on growing, and then in addition to the shoes, the two companies began to produce many things related to bags, shirts, watches, glasses and sports, and today Both companies are counted among the world's largest sportswear companies.

Nobody has ever thought that two boys of the shoe will now be forced to think on their own ability that if the intention is certain then no path is impossible.

Friends, I hope this story of Adidas and Puma brand will become a source of inspiration for you and will give you a sense of something to show ... to touch new heights.
